Course Outline
This is a hands-on workshop. All participants will work in pairs and be involved in the food preparation as well as washing of utensils.
Honey Baked Ham with home-made sauce - Well if you are in for baked ham, this one is a really good one. You will learn the technique to enhance the taste of the ham, scoring the ham and how to make the serving sauce. You will never want to buy a commercial one after this. Liquor will be used. (please refer to photo of our students’ work)
Christmas Suji Cake – Have this wonderful suji cake with a twist from the original suji cake this Christmas. This cake will be decorated to suit the Christmas festive.
