Repeat Due to Popular Demand - Tarts-My-Day Pastry Hands-On Workshop



Date: Friday 24 October
Time: 7.30pm – 10pm


Tarts have been becoming increasingly popular over the last few years. They're perfect for those of us who are concerned about portion control. You can satiate your sweet tooth without overindulging with the bite sized tartlets. Come relax, learn and have a great time in our workshop making dainty and delectable tarts. They are simply irresistible!!

Workshop Details:
Learn to make 2 types of pastries:
1. Crispy Pastry (Taiwanese Pastry)
2. Almond Pastry

Four Different Types of Tarts:
1. Taiwanese-Style Portuguese Egg Tarts (Photo attached)
2. Blueberry Cheese Tarts (Photo attached)
3. Fresh Fruits Tarts
4. Black Magic Hazelnut Tarts

Workshop Notes
Participants are expected to work in groups in weighing ingredients, washing utensils etc. Each participant will, most of the time, have their own cake to work on and very often are encourage to create their own designed cakes . During the workshop, you may be required to take down notes and tips for baking. Participants may have to bring along an apron. After the lessons, participants would bring home their own masterpieces.

Participants will have to bring with them:
A note book and pen
Apron
Tupperwares

Participants will be provided with:
All ingredients and recipes
All materials needed for the cake course
