Chinese New Year SOFT & MOIST BUTTER CAKES Workshop

Butter cake is one of the cakes that many families would like to serve their guests during CNY as they are not full of cream and are loved by all. In this workshop, we will teach you how to keep these cakes moist that will last up to 6 months without commercial preservatives. Learn the secrets of making them soft and nice.

New Fusion Nuts and fruits Butter Cake (Taiwanese Style)

Walnut and Chocolate Butter Cake ( Japanese Style) – Light but yet moist (Refer to picture attached)

Authentic Suji Cake (Eurasian’s style) – liquor is used

Moist Zebra Cake (Nonya’s style) – liquor is used
