• how to make a moist butter cake
• how to sculpture the handbag shape
• how to ice cake
• Special Fondant techniques
• techniques in adding designer pattern on handbag cake
• creates handle
• creates zips
NOTES FOR THE ABOVE WORKSHOP:
Participants are required to bring with them:
• A 7’ round butter cake (recipe will be given)
• Apron
• Pen and Note Book
• Big Rolling Pin
A light refreshment will be provided
Workshop Cost - $150 (if you register and pay after Monday 19 October)
