Course Outline
In this workshop you will cover:

1. How to make special Rempeh for Sambal for 3 dishes (all different recipes)
2. How to grill chicken with the spices
3. Secret ingredients to fragrant pineapple rice

The Special Dishes are:
Nonya-Style Pineapple Rice
Fragrant Nonya Sambal Belachan
Nonya Sambal Sotong (Sambal Squid)
Grilled Nonya Rendang Chicken
