Intermediate CUPCAKES Hands-on

If the cupcake bug has bitten but you've never done much baking, where do you start? The obvious answer is to attend a real and comprehensive workshop which will involve you in a marathon of baking and designing of cupcakes.

Workshop Outline
Participants will learn:
1. To prepare 6 types of cupcakes
2. To prepare 6 types of frostings
3. To frost cupcakes
4. To make cupcakes attractive
5. To package cupcakes

Types of Cupcakes you will make:

1. Tiramisu Cupcakes with Tiramisu frosting (Liquor is used)
2. Rum and Fruits Cupcakes with Rum Frosting (Liquor is used)
3. Singapore Kaya Cupcakes with Snowy Kaya Frosting and filling
4. Sundae Chocolate Brownie with Chocolate Sauce and Ice-Cream
5. Chicken Floss Bread Cupcakes with Special Chicken Floss Frosting
6. Lemon Cupcake with Tangy Lemon Frosting

Participants will have to bring with them:
A note book and pen
Apron
