Recently I have received several requests to teach my mother-in-law’s most authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice and the secrets behind each and every procedures in the making of chicken rice. This workshop is catered for genuine lovers of CHICKEN RICE. Limited group size to ensure personalized coaching. Participants will be asked to be involved in the cooking process.

Workshop is halal session. No Liquor is used.
