Peranakan Style Kueh Lapis (Cake) – Thousand layers of cakes to symbolize long lives to all this Chinese New Year.. (Pls refer to picture as attached)

Peranakan Lapis Prune – Layers of cakes laid with prunes. Liquor is used.

Special Bonus
Chinese New Year Lapis - This healthy lapis is made with egg white sandwiched with golden fruits (to symbolise gold). Don't miss this special lapis.


Workshop Cost - $60 (if you register & pay after Monday 07 January)

EGGLESS Christmas Cakes

Course Outline
This is a hands-on workshop. All participants will work in groups and be involved in the food preparation as well as washing of utensils.

Sacher Torte (Eggless) - Sacher Torte, created by Austrian pastry chef Franz Sacher, is one of the best-loved cakes throughout Vienna. This cake is rich, chocolaty that you will just love it. Liquor is used.

Christmas Fruit Cake – This traditional rich, moist fruitcake minus the eggs, is perfect for celebrations. Liquor is used
