FRENCH CHRISTMAS GATEAUX HANDS-ON WORKSHOP


Date: Friday, 28 November
Time: 7.30pm – 10.30pm


Christmas holidays are occasions to enjoy, occasions to celebrate with delicious cakes. This workshop will present to you two most wonderful traditional-turned French Christmas cakes that are best served in this festive season.

Workshop Outline
Participants will each prepare the cheesecakes that are indicated in the outline. At the end of the workshop, you will bring home to share with your family members and friends the three masterpieces you have created

Noel Gâteau de Tourbillon de Chocolat – People do get all excited over this cake, oohing and ahhhing about how great it is, practically couldn’t put their eyes off this chocolaty pièce de résistance. (Please refer to picture)

Rondin Blanc de Noël de Vin Gâteau- A White Wine crème bavarose Buche – that has a very contemporary look from the traditional buche. The finished Buche de Noel is going to be very impressive.


Note: Above workshop is non-halal. Liquor is used

Things to bring – Tupperware & Apron

Each participant will bring home a Buche de Noel mould and the two masterpieces they have created.
