Home-Made Bak Kua & Pork Floss Chinese New Year HANDS-ON

Bak Kua, or Long Yok (in Cantonese) is another must-have delicacies during the Chinese New Year. It is said that eating the Long Yok (Dragon Meat) will bring you vitality, strength and health. Commercial Bak Kua or Long Yok are so full of preservatives. So start making your own Bak Kua, as you can omit any preservative and also you can adjust the sweetness of these fragrant meat.

Participants will learn the following Bak Kua:

Golden Coin Bak Kua (Round Shape)
Chinese New Year Fragrant Bak Kua (Square Shape)
Pork Floss
