Chinese new year is approaching and if you would like to whip up new and extraordinary cookies for this festive season, why not join us in making these interesting cookies:
Hands-On Outline
In this workshop, all participants will have hands-on on the following four different cookies:
Laksa Cookies - If eating Laksa is too much a calorie intake for you, why not indulge in them in a smaller version (in a cookie form). These cookies are flavoursome but not too overpowering that would appeal to all laksa lovers.
Custard Flower Cookies - Otherwise known as Dahlia cookies, these little gems cookies resemble spring flowers with a little red cherry in the middle of it. They are very traditional cookies that are very popular in the festive seasons.
Snow White Almond Cookies – Lovely crunchy and fragrant almond cookies that are loved by the young and old. These little gems are eggless and are definitely an appealing treat to vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
London Almond Cookies - A little treasure hidden in the cookies and lavishly coated with chocolate. Who could resist them?
