Eating durian is quite a sensual and sensuous experience… the incredible sensation of the luscious creaminess hitting your palate, and exploding into a myriad of complex tastes and fragrances especially in cakes, tarts and desserts.

Creamy Durian Cheesecake – This durian cheesecake is so creamy and delicious and you will certain to ask for one more slice of it. Yum Yum!!
Durian Mousse Delight - You will be taught how to make this little cake into a pattern of an opened durian. The mousse just simply oozes out as you bite it. Definitely a heaven to all durian lovers. (Please see attached picture)
Durian Roll – A definitely no sweat cake…. Pretty similar to those sold in Angie the Choice. (Please see attached picture)
BONUS – French Crepes – You will be given a recipe of a very good French crepes which could simply go with any sweet dessert eg ice-cream……Yummy!!
