Chinese New Year SOFT & MOIST BUTTER CAKES HANDS-ON

Butter cake is one of the cakes that many families would like to serve their guests during CNY as they are not full of cream and are loved by all. In this workshop, we will teach you how to keep these cakes moist that will last up to 6 months without commercial preservatives. Learn the secrets of making them soft and nice.

New Fusion Nuts and fruits Butter Cake (Taiwanese Style)

Walnut and Chocolate Butter Cake ( Japanese Style) – Light but yet moist

Authentic Suji Cake (Eurasian’s style) – liquor is used

Bak Kua, or Long Yok (in Cantonese) is another must-have delicacies during the Chinese New Year. It is said that eating the Long Yok (Dragon Meat) will bring you vitality, strength and health. Commercial Bak Kua or Long Yok are so full of preservatives. So start making your own Bak Kua, as you can omit any preservative and also you can adjust the sweetness of these fragrant meat.
