Cheesecakes need not be just simple cheesecakes.  In this full-day intensive workshop, cheesecake lovers will learn how to make mouth-watering cheesecakes and then turn them into creative contemporary decadent cheesecakes with a range of complimentary designs, textures and favours.

Hands-on Outlines
You will be making the following:

1. Red and White Cheesecake
2. Hawaiian-style carrot pistachio cheesecake
3. Tiramisu Chocolate cheesecake
4. Rich American Cheesecake
5. Coffee Oreo Cheesecake
6. Cheesecake in Strawberries

You will also learn the following techniques to create these interesting cheesecakes:

1. Cakes - Vanilla and Chocolate
2. Working with chocolate
3. Working with marzipan or fondant
4. Piping
5. Shiny fresh fruits
