Mango is rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants! Eating a mango will leave you feeling refreshed and alive. Mangos make you happy and reduce stress. Mangos contain high doses of Potassium.

Feeling stressed? Don't pop a pill, have a slice of mango cheesecake or a slice of mango mousse cake! Mango is indeed every sport enthusiast's best friend. Low potassium can cause muscle cramping and cardiovascular irregularities. Have cooled mango pudding after your exercise. Mangoes improve your body's resistance. Dietary fiber in Mango not only prevents constipation and piles, but also protects against degenerative heart diseases, lowers blood cholesterol levels and can even increase the body's resistance to certain types of cancer.

Our hands-on non-baked (no oven is required at all) gathering will include:

Mango and Peach Cheesecake - A very refreshing fruit cheesecake which will whet up your appetite and you don't mind having more slices of it. (Works of our participants as attached)

Mango Mousse Mini Cake - Sink your teeth on this silky mousse beautiful and every bite brings you the "Um...."!

Mango Pudding - These little puddings are easy to make but taste terrific and very popular among the kids and adults. Watch out!! They will disappear in no time.
