Cupcakes always bring extra sweetness to our lives. They’re appearing in bakeries, black-tie events and even weddings. In this workshop we will teach you the secrets to making gorgeous and delicious fondant cupcakes.
Workshop Outline
You will learn:
* The Basic Techniques of Fondant Handling
- Basics of rolled fondant
- Drape and cover cupcake with fondant
- Hand mould characters/flowers
* To make delicious lemon madelaine cupcakes
* Versatile Buttercream
Theme of the Workshop - BABY 1st MONTH
Participants are required to bring with them:
* Apron
* Note book and Pen
* Container to bring home 6 cupcakes
* A small knife
Workshop Details:
1. Class Size: Limited to 12 students
2. This workshop is suitable for participants who have undergone foundation cupcake workshop with us. However novices in baking are also wecome.
