Hello Kitty is getting ready for Christmas….but she is too short to put a little flower on top of her lovely tall Christmas cake….. she needs some presents to help her,,,,Is Hello Kitty going to be your Christmas Cake this year?  This workshop will be just perfect to whip up your Christmas mood for a delectable centre piece.

The workshop will cover:

1.    Making a light fruit cake

2.    Mazipan the fruit cake

3.    Sugar paste the cake

4.    Create modeled sugar paste hello kitty, Christmas tree, presents

5.    How to adorn the cakes with different sugar paste decoration using different sugar paste cutters
